| Please read this VERY CAREFULLY it is importnant as I ma ready to cut templates and will not do any more work until we have made a decision. OK, We have to lay some ground rules here. 1) No more than 25 or 26 LEDs MAX no changes, they don't fit or would be REALLY CLOSE. Even 25 is begining to look crammed in. 20 max would be ideal. 2) The range can be 20psi, 25psi or 30 psi INCLUDING VACUUM Remember this. So simple math says vacuum takes from max boost, from a reading perspective. 3) +30 psi is MAX with Vacuum, 25 psi without. The sensors I am using are NOT accurate over 25psi. Higher ones are quadruple in price and not worth it. The laws of physics. 4) All LEDS in Vacuum will be ON all the time at rest or at 0 psi. So examples would be -10 to +20, -5 to + 25, -7.5 - + 22.5 Some will be non linear, meaning 1 led will = more than 1 psi. Now I know all of you have different needs. But we can procrastinate over this for ages and nothing will get built. I need a bunch of you to step up to the plate, decide on a range and assuming it looks as good as the Audi we can run with it. Bear in mind that 0 - 20 is designed and done. 0 - 25 will come at a premium cost wise. and -5 to 25 will be more expensive still. We have to establish what is a cost effective option. Average ESTIMATED cost of electronics built, you install your leds and wire up the whole shooting match. 1) 0 - 20 about $145 (Uses 300z TT existing Sensor) 2) 0 - 20 about $175 (Uses External Sensor) 3) 0 - 25 about $165 (Uses 300z TT existing Sensor) 4) 0 - 25 about $195 (Uses External Sensor) 5) -5 - +20 about $165 (Uses 300z TT existing Sensor) 6) -5 - +20 about $195 (Uses External Sensor) 5) -10 - +20 about $185 (Uses 300z TT existing Sensor) 6) -10 - +20 about $215 (Uses External Sensor) 7) -5 - +25 about $185 (Uses 300z TT existing Sensor) 8) -5 - +25 about $215 (Uses External Sensor) Remember the rule only 25 - 26 LEDs so, options 5, 6, 7 and 8 will be non linear. as would 25 psi over 20 leds. Now the more holes for LEDS the more work. So lets make up our minds. I also need to know how may people would be interested in it. SWR
